ChoicePath provides a digital Software as a Service (SaaS). Due to the nature of our product, there are no physical goods to be returned or shipped.
We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@choicepath.app with your account email and receipt. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billed month.
